She is full of life, she is wild and free. I say this of Brigette's oldest darling: Muriel. She is spunky, fun, obviously adorable and has been gifted with a contagious smile that takes over her whole face ... and every persons face around her actually. It was a joy getting to photograph her, her mama and her baby brother. 

Pippin, is in for a fun childhood with Muriel which has in no doubt already began. His curious and alert blue eyes watched her as she ran, jumped and giggled the entire time I was with them. 

When I met Brigette and started talking with her, it was easy to make the connection of where Muriel's strong, fun and ambitious little personality comes from. Brigette is currently working as a chemical dependency counselor, has already attained her degree in Psychology and is currently enrolled to finish her degree in Sociology. Once she finishes her Sociology degree in the Fall, she will be ready for Grad School! She's doing all of this while being a wife and Mama to her two precious littles. Can you say superwoman over and over again?!

This season has in no doubt brought a new sweet rhythm to Brigette and her husbands' household and I am so very inspired by her (them).  The fact that she can keep a smile on her sweet babies' faces, while working hard chasing the callings on her life and keeping an authentic character both in person and through her photos + writing just blows me away. I can easily say that Courtney is an amazingly strong and inspiring woman. Ever since I met her I respected her discipline and focus, the force and passion that she pursues and fights for what she sets out to do and for change to happen. Always balancing and taking time from her post as a voice for change with adventure, travel and being a great mom + example for her two daughters who without a doubt will follow in her footsteps in some way.

She has such a fire within her that it would be almost impossible not be influenced by her even a little. Courtney also has quite the resume! She has a photography background, is getting her Masters in International Community Development at Northwest University and is the Digital Communications Officer at the Non - profit organization:  Preemptive Love Coalition at the moment. Preemptive Love Coalition "brings relief to families fleeing war in Syria and Iraq, and they empower refugees to rebuild their lives." Make sure to check them out!  

Courtney also put together Redefining WE: A Peacemaking Photography Experience for Muslim and Christian Women which she writes more in depth about HERE, I had the absolute honor of being one of the 17 photographers that got to take one of the photos. This project has seriously impacted my life in such a great way! She does all of this amongst SO MUCH more, and she also walked in the Women's march in January with her family (one of the many causes she supports). I could go on and on writing about this strong, beautiful woman with great style! Little Florence is going places! She has such a never ending curiosity and is not afraid to say what she wants or what she's thinking, even at the young age of 2 years old. She has the most darling matter-of fact tiny little voice that just makes your face and heart smile when you hear her talk.

Lauren is so patient, loving, educating and always has an answer and/or explanation ready for all of the things Florence wants to know more about. As you spend time with them you realize it's similar to watching a graceful little dance where Florence takes one step and Lauren is right there to land the second step with her. We can already tell that Florence is going to be SUCH a great big sis to baby on the way! 

Just like Lauren and her husband take the time day in and day out to teach Florence everything her beautiful heart desires to know, we have no doubt that she'll do the same for her baby sister! This stylish Mama is definitely kicking Motherhood's butt and looks SO great doing it!

What a gorgeous duo no?! Not only are they gorgeous but can you say SO stylish? Photographing these two was a blast! I think the excitement started when I saw their outfits. As we walked around our shoot location(s) there was so much love, patience and just fun! Erin is a dear friend of mine and I can say that she always looks so greatly styled from head to toe. She's definitely working on passing this love and natural eye for styling on to her daughter Ireland. As a mom I sometimes forget to style myself during my crazy on-the-go weeks. To plan out my outfit, do my hair and make-up (even though my daily hair / make-up routine is pretty minimal) just the act of feeling like I paid attention to myself and feel my best because of it. When I  actually put even a little bit of time and thought into what I'm going to look like that day, my mood for the entire day is so much better and that's what we want as mamas right? Trust me, there's been days I sprint out my back door with no make-up on and my hair falling out of the hair tie. On these days I always think: as long as my babies are happy and ready for their day, I don't care how I look. 

Because of this thought of mamas putting themselves last , over the weekend I decided to style someone who means so much to me and is a new mama. She is absolutely gorgeous, amazing, talented, loving, has such a strong Faith ... there's too many compliments to list them all but you get the idea. She admitted that she doesn't always dress up like she used to, making it even more fun to style her and watch her do her hair and make-up which she has a passion for (Plugging @complete_makeup on Instagram :D) Did I say that she's gorgeous yet? Yeah, you see that. I also styled my good friends' adorable daughter and their outfits unintentionally matched which made it perfect for them to pose together for some of these photos. We decided to go for a stroll through a beautiful college campus and I put together an outfit for each of them that is stylish, chic and comfortable all at once.

I'd like to end this post by saying to all my fellow mamas out there: Pamper yourselves a bit, put a little bit of moisturizer on, concealer and mascara (or whatever your beauty routine is), dress up a little even if you don't feel like it. In the end, I know I feel so much better when I do this. Don't forget to pay attention to yourself, because you're worth it and to be amazing Mamas we have to feel amazing too! Bye for now Loves!
